I am proud to say that I have lost 2% body fat in the past two weeks. That is a total of 8% body fat in less than 3 months!! I have continued to loose weight and still feeling great! Lisa and I ran 6 miles today. We had ran 5 miles, but not 6. There was a lot of running up hill, but we kept going and didn't stop. It took us a couple minutes over an hour, so averaged about a 10 min mile. Not too bad considering we just started running about 2 months ago.
Every week I have more people trying TAIslim. It has been so fun to see their experience and weight loss. Just a quick note about my friend Ashley. She started a week ago and lost 4 pounds. She has started her own blog and is tracking her progress. I will ask her if I can post a link to her blog. I love hearing about people changing their lives and becoming more healthy.
The last three months have been life changing for my little family. The girls are excited about their healthy eating and I hope that this is life long for them! If I can instill good choices now while they are young it will not be a struggle when they become adults. I am feeling so good about my progress. This will not all end when the 1/2 marathon is over in August. A few of my running buddies and I have talked about doing a triathlon next summer. I also want to do the Wasatch Back!
